- Dogs 2-4kg: Initial Dose - 3g or 3/4 teaspoon. Maintenance Dose: 1.5g or 1/2 teaspoon
- Dogs 5-10kg: Initial Dose - 7.5g or 2x teaspoons. Maintenance Dose: 3.75g or 1x teaspoon
- Dogs 11-25kg: Initial Dose - 18.75g or 5x teaspoons. Maintenance Dose: 9.38g or 2.5x teaspoons
- Dogs 26-45kg: Initial Dose - 26.25g or 7x teaspoons. Maintenance Dose: 16.88g or 4.5x teaspoons
