Dosage:
Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with breakfast

KeenMind capsules should be swallowed whole with water. If your child cannot swallow capsules, KeenMind capsules may be opened and mixed with food or liquid.
It is recommended to take KeenMind with breakfast, at about the same time each day. Some people may experience mild gastric irritation after taking KeenMind, because of the naturally occurring compounds called saponins, which are present in the Bacopa monnieri plant. For this reason, it is recommended that you take KeenMind with food to avoid this irritation, and to help establish a routine.
In clinical trials some cognitive effects of KeenMind have been shown as early as 1 hour after consumption. However, to experience full benefits, KeenMind should be taken daily for at least 3 months.
