Directions for use:
Adults – Take 2 tablets, once daily before bed, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Place tablets on tongue and allow to dissolve completely.

Eschscholzia californica (California poppy) extract dry concentrate 66.7mg from dry herb flowering 1g and Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) extract dry concentrate 3mg from dry herb flowering 300mg
